We are proud to present our tenth Corporate Responsibility Report, written up following the stricter standards in the Global Reporting Initiative's G4 version, and which has attained the Materiality Disclosures Service seal.


This tenth edition of the Annual Report, and based on the Materiality Analysis carried out by the Company, describes the Group’s economic, environmental and social performance in the 2015 financial year, in line with the areas that are relevant to the Group and its commitments towards its stakeholders.

It is a pleasure to share with you our sixth Corporate Responsibility Report 2011 (GRI A+). Here we report the progress and results of our commitments in the economic, social and environmental performance, as well as communicate the successful completion of our Environmental Plan 2008-2012, the approval and spread of the Code of Conduct, the launching of the new Corporate Web and the global consolidation of the Social Action Plan Up! for the People .
